Refund Policy
Last updated 13 August 2026. Visitorly uses admin-approved plans without self-serve card checkout on the site.
1. How billing works
Visitorly does not process automatic online payments in the product UI. You request a plan; an administrator reviews and approves access. Any fees, invoices, bank transfers, or offline payments are arranged directly with the Visitorly operator.
2. Cancellations
- You may cancel future access by contacting the operator. Access typically continues until the end of the agreed period unless otherwise stated in your approval note.
- The operator may cancel or suspend a subscription for policy violations, abuse, or non-payment.
3. Refunds
Because charges (if any) are handled offline:
- Unused prepaid periods: Refund eligibility is decided case-by-case by the operator within fourteen (14) days of payment, unless a different written agreement applies.
- After substantial use: If you have actively used tracking, sync, or AI features for more than a trial/evaluation window agreed with the operator, fees are generally non-refundable.
- Service defects: If Visitorly is unavailable for a prolonged period solely due to operator-controlled outages, the operator may offer a courtesy credit or partial refund at their discretion.
- Chargebacks: Contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
4. Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades are processed by admin. Price differences for the remaining period may be invoiced or credited according to the operator’s commercial terms.
5. How to request a refund
Email the operator with your account email, plan name, payment reference, and reason. The operator will respond within a reasonable time (typically a few business days).
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
