Terms of Service

Last updated 13 August 2026. By using Visitorly you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Visitorly is a website analytics SaaS that combines a first-party tracker with optional connections to Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and AI digests. Access is granted through admin-approved plan requests — there is no self-serve payment checkout on the client site.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration and request information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
  • One person or organization per account unless the operator agrees otherwise.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

3. Plans and approval

Plans (Basic, Growth, Pro) define site limits and features. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Subscriptions become active only after an administrator approves your request. Billing, invoices, and offline payment—if any—are arranged separately with the operator. See the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.
  • Use Visitorly for unlawful surveillance or to violate others’ privacy rights.
  • Share another customer’s public site key or attempt to access others’ data.
  • Upload malware or use the tracker on domains you do not control or authorize.

5. Your content and sites

You retain rights to your websites and configuration. You grant Visitorly a limited license to process analytics events and integration data solely to provide the service. You represent that you have rights to install tracking on the domains you register.

6. Third-party services

Google, Microsoft Clarity, OpenRouter, and hosting providers are separate services with their own terms. Visitorly is not responsible for outages or policy changes of those providers.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the date on this page.

8. Disclaimers

Visitorly is provided “as is.” Analytics and AI insights are informational and may contain errors or delays. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visitorly and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits/data arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid for Visitorly in the three months before the claim (or zero if no fees were paid).

10. Termination

You may stop using Visitorly at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment (where applicable), or operational necessity. Upon termination, access to dashboards ceases; retention of residual data follows the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Visitorly operator’s principal place of business, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact the operator via the email used for your plan approval or account notices.
