Profile, password, 2FA, and billing
Open your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Profile. Settings is a short sign-out page that points here.
Everyday profile
- Name and company.
- Agency brand — name, logo URL, and accent color used on reports.
- Pulses & briefs — email the Monday brief, email pulse alerts, optional WhatsApp number in international format (for example +14155552671).
Confirm email (password signup)
Creating an account with email and password sends a confirmation link to that inbox. You cannot sign in or open the dashboard until you confirm. Google and GitHub sign-in skip this step because those providers already verified the address. Existing accounts stay signed in.
- Open Create Account and submit your name, email, and password.
- Open the Visitorly email within 24 hours and click Confirm Email and Open Visitorly.
- If the mail is missing, use Resend confirmation email on that screen, or try signing in to get the same prompt.
Google and GitHub
Sign in and Create Account can show Continue with Google and Continue with GitHub when those are configured. If you already have an email account, using the same verified email links the social login to it. After Google or GitHub, Subscribe still returns you to checkout. You can set a password later on Profile if you want email sign-in too.
Forgot Password
- Open Forgot Password (also linked from sign in).
- Enter the account email. We always say the same success message so emails cannot be guessed.
- Open the link in the email within one hour and choose a new password.
If you already know the current password, change it on Profile instead.
Two-Factor Authentication
- On Profile, click Set Up Authenticator.
- Add the secret (or open the otpauth link) in Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password.
- Type the current 6-digit code and confirm.
After that, email and password sign-in asks for the code. Google and GitHub sign-in still uses those providers. To turn authenticator off you need a current code, and your password if the account has one.
Invoice and plan dates
Profile → Billing shows join date, period end, auto-renewal on/off, and payment method as brand plus last four digits only (never the full card). Paying with Whop or Stripe unlocks the plan immediately — no admin approval. On Profile you can update or remove the card (Whop manage page or Stripe billing portal) and turn auto-renewal off so the plan ends at the current period. Offline plans still use a 30-day window and 7-day grace. Print Invoice is a snapshot for your records. Policies: Refunds · Terms.
Delete account
Profile → Delete account permanently removes your user, sites, and history. Type DELETE and your password (or only DELETE if you signed up with Google or GitHub and never set a password). This cannot be undone. Details: Privacy Policy.
