Common questions from customers setting up Visitorly.
Will my visitors show up in another customer’s dashboard?
No. Each site has a unique key and belongs to one account. Dashboards only load your sites.
Do I need Google Cloud or Clarity before using Visitorly?
No. The Visitorly tracker alone is enough for first-party analytics. Google and Clarity are optional upgrades you connect yourself.
Why do I see “Add a site first” on Integrations?
Create a site under Sites, then return to Integrations to connect Google or Clarity.
Real-Time is empty — what should I check?
- Snippet installed with the correct host and data-key
- Domain matches the site in Visitorly (including www vs apex)
- Ad blockers / privacy extensions
- You are viewing the correct site in the dashboard
How do refunds work?
See the Refund Policy. Plans are admin-approved; payments (if any) are handled offline with the operator.
