Connect Microsoft Clarity

Optional. Clarity is your project for your website — Visitorly does not host a shared Clarity account.

Create your Clarity project

  1. Go to clarity.microsoft.com.
  2. Add a project with the same Website URL as your Visitorly site.
  3. Install Clarity’s own script on your site if Clarity prompts you (so Clarity has data).
  4. Copy the Project ID.
  5. Open Settings → Data Export → Generate API token and copy the token.

Connect in Visitorly

  1. Dashboard → Integrations → select your site.
  2. Paste Project ID + API token.
  3. Save and sync Clarity.

Limits

The Clarity Data Export API is rate-limited (on the order of ~10 requests per project per day) and returns a recent window of insights. See Microsoft’s docs for current limits.
